Custom Order Policy
Please read and review this custom order policy before placing an order for custom products.
For custom orders please reach out to us directly over Instagram (@dreamy.designsco), Facebook (Dreamy Designs Company), email (dreamydesigns-co@hotmail.com), or the "Contact" page on our website (https://dreamydesignsco.com/pages/contact) to discuss your designs.
During the design process/consultation we will keep you informed every step of the way as we work to bring your vision to life. You will start by providing us with the details on style, design, colours, and everything else in your vision. We may ask some follow up questions or make recommendations to support the design process based on our professional opinion to ensure the end result is everything you are looking for. Dreamy Designs Co. reserves the right to decline any custom orders. Declined orders will not be subjected to any fees as this is apart of our free consultation.
After initial designs are established, we will send you a quote and a watermarked copy for review and approval before proceeding. At this time, it is up to the customers discretion if they would like to make any changes, alterations, or cancel the order all together. As a change is requested, Dreamy Designs Co will provide a new watermarked copy for review. Creating these designs is very time consuming, Dreamy Designs Co reserves the right to apply additional custom design fees if the designing process is taking longer than anticipated due to impacts caused by the customer (example - excessive adjustments or a complete change of concept). Custom design fees will be clearly communicated to the customer, and you will NOT be billed for anything you do not explicitly agree to.
Any design provided by Dreamy Designs Co. to a customer is limited to the customer's review and approval only. Designs are not to be used, resold, or redistributed in any way. Unauthorized use of any designs distributed by Dreamy Designs Co. is prohibited and considered theft by law, unless a mutual contract exists with Dreamy Designs Co. consenting to other uses. You are paying for the time to create cut files, and digital vector files to use for fabric printing, as well as the time to make the requested item of clothing from the printed fabric. I do not claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics used in files. Copyrights and trademarks of any graphic or character used belong to their respective.
After agreement on the final design, Dreamy Designs Co. will provide the customer with the final cost associated with the custom item. At this time the customer is to go to our custom orders page (https://dreamydesignsco.com/products/custom-made-orders) and place an order for the agreed upon cost. Orders under $100.00 CAD require full payment before production will begin. Orders $100.00 and over require a minimum 50% deposit before the beginning of production; the other 50% must be paid before the item will be shipped or picked up. Once the order is placed and paid no more changes or alterations will be permitted.
Design creation, fabric printing, cutting, sewing, packaging, and shipping of custom orders generally takes 6-8 weeks before delivery to the customer. This time frame is not a guarantee, but an estimate based on average processing times.
Custom orders are not eligible for refund, return or exchange. If you are unhappy with your final item, please contact us directly and we will try our best to rectify your concerns. It will be at the sole discretion of Dreamy Designs Co. on how to proceed on a case by case basis.
